This Tuesday Tortenbodenschmuggler Klaus (Sex Gänge für ein Hallelujah) and Marky Quark (Die Glorreichen Sieden) are behind the pots where they create a refined vegan three course meal. There are seasonal and international ingredients, lots of love and no Riesenperlhühner on the plate.

Menu

First Course: Colorful cherry tomatoes, sour pickle, pumpernickel sand, yofu
Second Course (only with the Super Giant menu): Smoke BBQ saté, marinated white cabbage, Julienne
Main Course: Breaded celery, sweet potato-caper salad, lemon tartar sauce, lingonberry jelly
Dessert: an interpretation of a Joghurette (vegan), panna cotta, strawberry sauce, lime, white chocolate crumble
